You can find Earth Grown Organic Tofu at Aldi market in firm and extra firm. Some Aldi markets may have a Sriracha or Teriyaki flavor in a smaller 7oz package. Contact your local store to see if they carry the flavor you are looking for.
So, which should you choose? If you are wanting a good marinated tofu you can fry or bake and hold its shape then extra firm may be the right choice.
Otherwise, regular firm tofu is great when wanting a crumbly texture for meals such as tacos or spaghetti.
How Much Does Tofu Cost At Aldi?
A 14oz package of Earth Grown Organic Tofu will cost $1.75 for either firm or extra firm. Many consumers praise the high quality product at a great price, making eating healthy an option that people can afford. Other stores such as Safeway have their store brand O organics firm or extra firm for $3.49 per 14oz package.
When available, the Earth Grown Organic tofu in Sriracha or Teriyaki is $3.49 per 7oz package, making it more expensive than their regular tofu. Still, if you like these flavors, the extra cost is well worth it!
What Aisle Can Tofu Be Found In At Aldi?
When in Aldi, you can find the tofu in the deli section of the store. Keep in mind that we’re talking about the refrigerated aisle, not a section with refrigerator doors. In this section, you will also find other lunch meats and cheese products.
